Hi, I'm Diana.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Burleson, Texas, and I believe therapy should feel like a place where you are seen, heard, and can finally exhale.

I work with children, teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, major life transitions, and other challenges that can leave you feeling overwhelmed or stuck.

My approach is warm, practical, trauma-informed, and collaborative. We'll work together to understand what's happening and develop tools you can actually use outside of the therapy room.
